At AMA Freight Agency and SCS Supply Chain Solutions GmbH Hamburg , these monthly workshops are an integral part of our apprenticeship program. Our goal is to provide practical knowledge, offer guidance, and support the professional and personal development of our future logistics specialists.
To achieve this, experienced colleagues from different departments share their expertise directly with our apprentices. Each session is prepared in-house, designed to be easy to understand, and enriched with practical examples from our day-to-day business.
The workshops cover a wide range of industry topics, including Incoterms, quotation management, FCL/LCL, RoRo, Breakbulk, dangerous goods, reefer cargo, tank containers, pre- and on-carriage, CMR documentation, and customs procedures. They also focus on essential soft skills such as communication, customer interaction, professional conduct, and taking ownership.
Because building expertise means learning from those who live it every day.
