Looking back, joining AMA Freight Agency as an apprentice was one of the best decisions of my career. Over the years, I have been given opportunities to grow, take on responsibility and continuously develop both professionally and personally.
What motivates me most today is the variety of the job. Working with my team, customers and partners around the world means that no two days are ever the same. Every shipment brings new challenges, and finding solutions together is what makes this industry so rewarding.
