Whistleblowing

Trust, clarity, and reliability in responsible conduct

Responsibility and integrity

Integrity, lawful conduct, and responsible behavior are integral parts of our corporate culture. In accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), we have established an internal reporting office. It is available to both our employees and external parties—such as business partners, suppliers, or service providers—to report potential legal violations, breaches of internal policies, or other serious misconduct.

Independent and confidential reporting

The internal reporting office is operated by Cornelius Matutis, attorney-at-law and external trusted counsel. Reports are received independently, confidentially, and in strict compliance with legal professional confidentiality obligations. Reports may be submitted anonymously or with disclosure of identity, at your discretion. The protection of the reporting person is ensured at all times.

Reporting channels and further information

Reports can be submitted via the online reporting form, by email, or by phone at +49 331 813284-70, as well as in person by prior appointment.

Further information on the reporting procedure, the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), and possible external reporting channels—including those of the European Union—can be found at www.anwaltliche-meldestelle.de.

Compliance

The use of the reporting office is a key component of our compliance framework. It helps us identify risks at an early stage, strengthen trust, and ensure sustainable compliance with legal requirements as well as internal policies.
