Black Friday is still weeks away. The logistics behind it isn't.
In 2025, U.S. consumers spent a record $11.8 billion online on Black Friday alone – 9.1% more than the year before. Across Cyber Week, online spending reached $44.2 billion.
For consumers, the peak happens at the end of November.
For logistics, it starts weeks or even months earlier.
Forecasting demand, securing capacity, moving inventory and preparing warehouses all have to happen before the first customer clicks “Buy now”.
With volumes at this scale, October is the time to ask:
Is your supply chain ready for Black Friday?
