What makes logistics interesting to you?
"What I find most interesting is that logistics is ultimately built on trust. Every day, companies trust someone to move their goods across countries and continents. There are so many people, processes and relationships behind something that might look quite simple from the outside."
You've already experienced logistics in very different environments. What has that taught you?
"I've learned that logistics can look very different depending on where you are, but the fundamentals are often the same: communication, relationships and finding solutions. Experiencing different cultures and ways of working has definitely changed the way I look at the industry."
What advice would you give someone starting a career in logistics?
"Stay curious and take every opportunity you get. There is much more to logistics than you might expect at first, and you learn a lot by talking to people, experiencing different parts of the business and being open to new situations."
